Jill founded J. Dorien to help purpose driven speakers turn their message into meaningful opportunity and lasting impact. She guides clients in positioning and strategic growth so their work reaches the rooms where it can make a difference.
Her work is rooted in a commitment to connecting purpose with action and ensuring strong, thoughtful voices are seen, heard, and valued.
She has led a successful interior design firm and served as a city councilwoman, bringing a grounded understanding of leadership, decision making, and real world impact.
She holds an MBA from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut.
Broox Bolden
Outreach and Operations
Broox leads speaker outreach and operations, ensuring opportunities are managed with clarity and consistency. A former Division I student athlete and MBA graduate, he brings discipline, focus, and composure to fast paced environments.
He moves opportunities from initial contact to confirmed engagement, maintaining organized workflows, clear communication, and strong relationship standards.
He holds an MBA from Marist University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Sales and Partnerships
Jared supports speaker outreach and client partnerships with a disciplined, relationship focused approach. With a background in high performance sales, luxury retail, and regulated industries, he builds trust and navigates complex environments with confidence.
He leads outreach conversations, identifies prospective partners, and helps position speakers for consistent, high quality bookings.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Marketing Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, with a minor in Sociology.
